The phrase "your hugs are more energizing than a 16 oz cup of coffee" makes me think of my work with Emily. I've worked with her in person and via Skype, and I can tell you that her love, sparkle, and healing energy, can transcend even a 3,000 mile distance. I went to Emily specifically for help with healing from Lyme disease. Emily is a woman who knows that healing is a mind, body and spirit experience. Last fall, I was dealing with some sustained, generalized anxiety. I met Emily and was drawn to her right away. I had no idea what to expect from our first session, but Emily made me feel safe and comfortable. I instantly felt like things were shifting. When her work was done I felt better... but exhausted. Emily is a treasure! I had been experiencing chronic pain from an unknown source for almost a year, and after countless doctor’s visits, MRIs, X-rays, and blood tests, I feared that I may never know what was wrong with me or if I’d ever feel comfortable again.
